Vincenzo Villamena, CPA, Founder & CEO of Online Taxman
Vincenzo Villamena is a CPA and the founder of Online Taxman, Global Expat Advisors, and Entity Inc. He is a Forbes Business Council contributor, co-author of a book on US taxes for Americans abroad, and a frequent podcast guest.
Vincenzo Villamena, CPA, has spent more than two decades in tax, accounting, and cross-border finance. His background includes a tenure at a Big Four accounting firm in New York City and years in private equity, working across audit, tax, valuation, and deal structuring. He founded Online Taxman after leaving that career and moving abroad himself. The firm exists because he needed what it now provides: US citizens keep filing US returns no matter where they live, and very little about that process is built for them.
Over 15+ years, Online Taxman has grown into a globally distributed team of CPAs, enrolled agents, and international tax specialists who have filed more than 25,000 returns for clients in 182 countries. Vincenzo holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Three brands, one mission
Vincenzo built each of his three firms around a different stage of an international life. Together they cover living abroad, structuring across borders, and entering the US market.

takes over when a situation moves past annual filing into multi-jurisdiction structuring, estate and trust planning, renunciation, and cross-border wealth strategy.

serves founders coming the other direction. Non-US residents forming and running a US company, with incorporation, federal and state compliance, and bookkeeping.
If your situation calls for one of the others, we will say so. Clients often start with an expat return here and move into structuring work with Global Expat Advisors years later, and non-US founders who come to us to open a US company are usually better served by Entity Inc.
Behind all three is a shared bench of international tax specialists and Vincenzo's view that compliance should not be the reason someone gives up on the life they want.
